退換貨須知

  • 請聯繫我們的客服團隊，提供您的訂單號、退換貨原因及相關照片（如有瑕疵）。
  • 客服將審核您的申請，並為合格的退換貨申請提供退貨授權碼和退貨地址。
  • 請將商品包裝完整並附上退貨授權碼寄回我們的退貨地址。寄回運費由客戶承擔（若因商品瑕疵或錯誤發貨，運費由我們承擔）。
  • 我們收到退回商品後，將進行檢查以確保符合退貨條件。
  • 換貨商品須與退回商品金額相同，超出之部分自行補貼。
  • 換貨商品不得保障無瑕疵。
  • 檢查通過後，我們將在5-7個工作日內處理您的退款或發送換貨商品。
